*A Blue Bomber collects the award for an 11thtime*

**TORONTO (November 4, 2026)** – Blue Bomber Jarell Broxton is the Canadian Football League’s (CFL) Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman. The Olny, Md., native becomes the seventh Winnipeg player to claim the honour and this is the 11th time that a member of the Blue and Gold has received the award.

Broxton made 17 starts for Winnipeg. As a whole, the team’s offensive line paved the way for Brady Oliveira’s league-leading 1,493 rushing yards. The Baylor product ranked second among offensive tackles with a Pro Football Focus (PFF) grade of 75.2 (minimum of 100 snaps).

Broxton’s teammate and the most decorated offensive lineman in league history, Stanley Bryant – a four-time winner of the award, broke the news in a team meeting. The moment is part of the CFL’s refreshed approach to recognizing award winners in lieu of a traditional awards ceremony, offering fans a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into the people and stories behind the statistics and accomplishments.

As part of a revamped awards process, every player who received a vote for [team awards](https://press.cfl.ca/clubs-most-outstanding-players-headline-team-awards) advanced to the final ballot for the corresponding CFL Award. The finalists were voted on by the same pool of local members of the Football Reporters of Canada (FRC) who determined team award winners, as well as national members of the FRC. In total, 52 votes were counted. Complete ballots can be downloaded below.
