Rules

The new rules for next year is horrible. The small field and then reduced Canadian starters to 7 obviously will lead to 11 players, not 12. Then the far too early start, the new C FL means the CFL is another XFL

The CFL got a huge $500 million for streaming. So, everything will be Americanized to improve the audience. I would not be surprised if CFL eventually be 4 downs and 11 players.

I hope they renew a US TV contract so I can go to sportsbar and check out a lot of the games there otherwise I have to check it at home because I am in The US. I dont like some of the new rules either including shortening the field to the length of The NFL for I felt the league was more epic which such a larger field. However, I like all gridiron football and I am happy that we have The UFL here in The US to start in late March and then The CFL to follow and then The NFL concurrently with The CFL for a few months and we get almost year around football. I understand how all of you feel though for I am a US Citizen so all of you have a much larger connection to the game there but I like it as much as I like The NFL so for me with the new rules we still have pretty much year around football thanks to The CFL and The UFL but I understand but its football smile.
