Who this covers

This policy covers the Pro Football News Hub website and the CFL News Hub app for Android (com.cfl.newhub), both run by CM3 Solutions. The app and the website share one account and the same servers, so everything below applies to both.

What we collect

Your email address and password (stored only as a hash) when you create an account.

The teams, leagues and news sources you pick, so your feed can be yours.

Your connected fantasy roster, if you connect one. We read it; we never post to it.

DFS contest results you upload yourself. You can delete them at any time from the P&L page.

Standard analytics about page views: a cookieless count for every visit, and cookie-based analytics once you accept.

If you subscribe to Pro: your plan, its status and renewal date, and Stripe's reference for your customer record. Never your card.

If you connect an AI app: which app, when you connected it and when it last read your data. Its access tokens are stored only as one-way hashes.

What we never do

We never sell your data.

We never see or store your card. If you subscribe to Pro, Stripe takes the payment on its own pages. There are no entry fees, prizes or payouts anywhere on this site.

We never email you marketing without your confirmed opt-in.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your preferences, roster, tracked bets, pool entries and DFS records.

Delete your account in the CFL News Hub app under Profile > Delete account, or without the app at https://profootballnewshub.com/delete-account, which also lists what is deleted and what is kept.

Under GDPR and CCPA you can ask us what we hold and tell us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time from the cookie banner link in the footer.

Third parties

Google Analytics for traffic (cookies only after consent; otherwise cookieless counts under Consent Mode). Microsoft Clarity for session analytics (only after consent). OneSignal for push notifications you asked for. Stripe for Pro payments.

The CFL News Hub app: what it collects

Your account. Signing in to the app uses your Pro Football News Hub account: email address, display name and password (stored only as a hash), plus your favourite team, the players you follow, and the forum posts, comments and feedback you post, which other people see under your display name. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Firebase Analytics (Google): which screens you open and which features you use, with your device model, Android version, app version, approximate region and a random app-instance ID. We use it to see what people use and fix what doesn't work.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google): when the app crashes, a crash report with the error, device model, Android version, app version and a random installation ID.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): if you allow notifications, a push token for your device and the notifications you chose. Turn notifications off at any time in Android Settings > Notifications > CFL News Hub.

Firebase Remote Config (Google): the app checks for setting changes using its random app-instance ID. No personal information is sent.

Google AdMob: the app shows ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information to show ads, limit how often you see them and measure them. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent first through Google's consent form (UMP), and personalised ads only appear if you agree. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads.

We do not sell your personal information. Google's use of this data is covered by its policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The CFL News Hub app: retention and deletion

Your account data is kept while your account is open. Delete it in the app under Profile > Delete account, or without the app at https://profootballnewshub.com/delete-account, which lists what is deleted and what is kept. You can also email [email protected] and we will delete it within 30 days.

Crashlytics crash reports are kept for 90 days. Firebase Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Push tokens stop working when you turn notifications off or uninstall the app.

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

AI apps you connect

If you connect an AI app (such as Claude) to your account, it can read what you could see here signed in: your teams, feed, fantasy leagues, projections and DFS results. It cannot change anything.

What that app does with the data is covered by its own policy. Disconnect it in Settings at any time and its access stops immediately.
