Delete Your Account

This page covers the CFL News Hub app and the Pro Football News Hub website, both by CM3 Solutions. They share one account, so deleting it removes it from both.

In the CFL News Hub app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile > Delete account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Enter the email address on your account. We'll email you a link; opening it and confirming deletes the account, the same as deleting it in the app.

No longer have access to that email? Write to [email protected] from any address and we'll verify it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account: email address, password, display name, profile photo, bio and time zone
  • Your favourite team, followed players and feed preferences
  • Forum threads, replies and article comments you posted, and your votes and reports
  • Feature requests and votes on the feedback board
  • Pick'em and survivor pool entries and picks, group memberships and saved lineups
  • Connected fantasy leagues (Sleeper, Yahoo) and their access tokens
  • DFS results and bets you imported or tracked
  • Alert and email preferences, notifications, push and alert history
  • Achievements, activity history and sign-in sessions on every device
  • The record of emails we sent you

What is kept, and for how long

  • An unsubscribe or bounce on your email address, if there is one, is kept with no link to any account, so we never email that address again. It is kept until you ask us to remove it.
  • Database backups still hold your data for up to 7 days after deletion, when they roll off. They are used only to recover from an outage.
  • Usage counts with no personal details (for example, how many AI requests the site made) are kept without any link to you.
